I would call this stay at La Huerta Hotel pretty awful. Certainly not 4 star level, probably not even 2 star level. First room we received had a broken toilet, then we were separated into two rooms, neither of the balcony doors locked. Bathroom dirty, rooms smell, rooms need a paint job, water gets out of the shower on the bathroom floor and both me and my husband almost slipped and fell. Overall maintenance of the property is poor. Front Desk staff although apologetic, don't seem sincere, all they are good at is charging you for every little thing, even a bottle of water. Restaurant was ok, service slow, some food items pretty good at dinner. Breakfast not very tasty. And to top it all off there was a group at the hotel that started screaming at 5.30am without any respect for other customers, and then again the next night they were screaming again until 2pm the following night. And the hotel staff did not care. I had to go to the reception at 1am at night to complain. But again, what the hotel is good at is charging you lots of money for zero quality. Oh and I forgot- they have no hot water in the room. I stayed at a small hostel a few days prior for a tenth of the price this place charges and they figured how to provide hot water. Forget it, don't stay here unless they change management and get their stuff together.

Un lugar muy tranquilo la comida es excelente todo es cultivado dentro del hotel de manera orgánica y la atención es excelente la gente es super amable

Muy acojedor y excelente servicio. De todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel, los desayunos muy completos y el entorno, excelente merece la pena visitar el lugar muy buena ubicación.

Great view ! Very friendly service. They accept pets, that i didn't like cause dogs were all around me in the pool area.

Atención inmejorable, higiene perfecta, el clima es temperamental, si hace frío . Al turco y si hace calor a la piscina, producen alimentos orgánicos hay ruta ecológica, el paisaje es celestial , la pasé súper, el precio es acorde con el servicio sin ser caro

Que buena experiencia, instalaciones y atención excelente y lo mejor es todo el trabajo que hay detrás de todo, los cultivos y el cuidado por la naturaleza prima en el lugar. Vale la pena visitar el lugar tan lindo y que tiene tanta consciencia por nuestro medio ambiente
